We have two cyber security products in production and building a few more. Our strength is our deep understanding of Cyber Security, DevSecOps, and using our products to address the gaps in Cyber Security. Position: Technical – Business System Analyst – Location- NCR- Delhi

Job Purpose:

• Part of a team of developers and analyze and identify the system problems in the existing flow of the product and implement appropriate solutions.    
• Design systems and conduct testing to evaluate results along with researching & recommending ways to improve the product construct to suit the domestic and global market.
• You would be responsible to drive the identification of requirements across the products and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
• Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability 

Job Duties:

• Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of the product team
• Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Clearly identifies and establishes customer classes, as well as their characteristics.
• Conducts discussion and research to create workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on the product to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develops strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
• Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed-upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
• Participates in the selection of any requirements documentation software solutions.
• Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
• Translates conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specification are correctly interpreted.
• Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicates these back to the business stakeholders.
• Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforces and redefines as necessary.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Provides guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
• Help to create a strong process for best coding practices

Skills/Qualifications:

• Should have a minimum of 4 + years continuously working in the same role.
• Exposure to working in a product company and cyber security would be an advantage
• Knowledge of any one of the technologies (i) ReactJs, Python, Django, MySql or (ii) Springboot, Java, Java scripts, and MySql would be an advantage
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a Professional course is a must.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows-based infrastructure is a must
• Working knowledge on productivity tools like Visio, XD (wireframe creation) or equivalent, Office CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Jira, etc is a must
• Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, cloud services, DevOps, and Agile principles would be an advantage
• Domain knowledge of cybersecurity would be an advantage
• Proven capabilities & experience in project and user-testing management, business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
• Strong verbal, written & communication skills and in project management and documentation.
