Job Description:
HR Administration: Manage various HR administrative tasks, such as employee record keeping, personnel files; data entry (Employee master live update), new joiner and birthday hamper kit management, and access initiation
Employee Onboarding: Managing end-to-end Onboarding process that includes paperwork, induction, and communicating with stakeholders
Benefits Administration: Handle employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, including health insurance and meal allowance calculation and payout
Payroll Support: Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Execute merit increase and performance bonus process by coordinating with HRBP and shared services
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and company policies to ensure HR practices are in compliance. Update all mandatory company records/books based on statutory requirements
Employee Relations: Address basic employee inquiries, disputes, and concerns, or escalate them to the HR head. Support HR in employee engagement activities
Training and Development: Assist in coordinating training programs and development initiatives and send follow-up/reminders to employees
Documentation: Maintain HR documents, policies, and procedures and communicate updates to employees.
Employee Offboarding: Managing end-to-end Offboarding process that includes paperwork, and communicating to all stakeholders and departments for clearance/access deactivation. Initiate exit clearance in the system and follow up for closure. Coordinate for F&F and provide exit letters
